Our cleaners are often on a tight schedule and will arrive at 11am to prepare the house for our next guests.

- Thermostats are located throughout the house. There are two fireplaces: in the living room and in the hallway. Both are operated via the remote controls found to the right of them. Please turn off when leaving the house.

- TV/Media: The TV is equipped with popular streaming accounts. You can simply sign into your accounts. If you do not have any streaming accounts, you can often create a free trial account. Make sure you remember to set an alwert6 on your phone to cancel your account before your trial is up.

- Garbage/Recycling: The garbage bin, recycling and green waste bins are found to the right of the garage (when facing the street). Kindly assure that you only put recyclables in the BLUE recycling bin & compost in the GREEN bin.

*Do not add any glass to the recycling as we do not have glass pickup here. Please keep it separate and our cleaning staff will take care of it. Once you check in please text us at 250.927.6178

Please be mindful of water. While BC has an abundance of water we do have shortages during the warmer months. Please only leave footprints on the beach; please bring all of your belongings and garbage back with you & leave the creatures where you found them. -Septic system: Very important - Absolutely no diapers, condoms, wipes, feminine hygiene products or paper towels are allowed in drains or toilets - Only human waste and toilet paper. - Please do not use the Self Cleaning Feature on the oven -Please do not BBQ fish unless you put tinfoil underneath -Please do not cook seafood inside the house, must be done on the BBQ -Garbage: please make sure that garbage is separated and put in the proper bags: blue for recycling, compostable for food waste & garbage bags for garbage. Please bring garbage, recycling and food waste to the garbage bins by the entrance gate. -Quiet hours 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Please respect the neighbours and do not cut between the houses to get to the beach -Beach: Please use the beach towels only. Please bring everything that you brought to the beach back. -Parking: only in covered parking area or on the street -Do not have fires on the beach unless below tide line and outside of fire restriction months.

Checking out is simple & easy: Check-out time is 11 am; our cleaning team will arrive at 11 am ready to go. -Please take all garbage up to the bins located by the entrance gate. -Make sure garbage is sorted and put in the proper bins.

-Please fill the dishwasher & run it.

-Please pile all used towels in the bathrooms.

-Check all rooms, cupboards & drawers for personal belongings to make sure you have left nothing behind.

-Take extra food or leave it for us to donate as it should not go to waste.

-Please let us know if there are any damages or concerns that you have about the property so that things can be attended to.
