The address is Unit 19-5251 Island Hwy West. There are 2 entrances the first one is located off Hwy 19 A This is the main entrance. You will find a keypad on the right of the gate, the code is 32688 Once inside the gate, you will drive straight and turn left at your first opportunity and your house is down past the parking area on your left, the house will be on your right. The code to the door is 7692. Once in the house, you will find a book that will provide you with information on the house and wifi codes. There will also be a fob for the gates left there for you to use. The code for the second gate closer to the water is 3268 and access to the Clubhouse is also 3268 The pool is now open and the code to open gates is as follows Push 2 & 4 together and then 3. -Septic system: Very important - Absolutely no diapers, condoms, wipes, feminine hygiene products, or paper towels are allowed in drains or toilets - Only human waste and toilet paper.

-Pets, if we have agreed that your pet is welcome, please keep pet on leash outside of house at all times. All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in the garbage bins, not the toilets - No exceptions.

Please do not feed the rabbits, they are cute, but not pets.

-Garbage: please make sure that garbage is separated and put in the proper bags: blue for recycling, compostable for food waste & garbage bags for garbage. Please bring garbage, recycling, and food waste to the garbage bins by the entrance gate. If you have returnables, please put neatly to the left of the bins; all proceeds go toward local animal shelters.

-Quiet hours 10:30 pm - 7:00 am. Please respect the neighbours and do not cut between the houses to get to the beach - use only the designated beach pathways located between houses 21 & 22.

-Clubhouse/Pool/Hot tubs: are open from June thru September. Please enter/exit the pool with the gates located along the pool deck, do not go through the clubhouse. Please observe all the posted rules.

-Beach: Please use the beach towels only.

-Parking: only in garage, driveway or visitor parking - Never on street in front of houses.

-Skateboards, longboards and drones are not permitted in the community.

-Fire Pit: Firewood is not typically provided by the strata corporation, if firewood is made available it for all residents/guests. When fires are permitted by the Province of BC, the fire must be kept to the confines of the metal surrounded fire pit. Fires cannot be left unattended. Fires must be extinguished completely and ash cool to the touch. Users must be aware that fire and smoke from the fire pit affect the air quality in some of the beach homes. Clean up the area in and around the fire pit after use.

Checking out is simple & easy: Check-out time is 11 am; our cleaning team will arrive at 11 am ready to go. -Please take all garbage up to the bins located by the entrance gate. -Make sure garbage is sorted and put in the proper bins. -Any containers that can be returned, please put neatly to the left side of the bins - the proceeds are used to support local animal shelters. -Please fill the dishwasher & run it. -Please pile all used towels in the bathrooms. -Check all rooms, cupboards & drawers for personal belongings to make sure you have left nothing behind. -Take extra food or leave it for us to donate as it should not go to waste. -Please let us know if there are any damages or concerns that you have about the property so that things can be attended to. -Leave the extra key & fob in the bowl on the counter and the front door key in the hiding spot outside the front door(if there is a key). -Please text us when you have left the property. -Travel safely home.
