-Water: Go main front bedroom (with the bunk beds). Open closet door, the butterfly valve on the back wall of the closet should be turned counter-clockwise until the valve is vertical. Turn on hot water by removing the quilt on the wall at the end of the bunk beds and turning on the second breaker from the top, on the right. The kitchen sink tap is hot on the right and cold on the left. -Fireplace: On/Off controller is in right drawer in coffee table. Click it once for ambience, twice for fan and three times for heat. -Master Shower: shower door opens outward. Temperature is pre-set (it is controlled by the right control knob) To use the rain shower head turn left control knob towards the kitchen. To use rain shower head turn left control know toward kitchen. To use the wand, turn left control knob in the other direction. To turn shower off try to get the control knob in the middle, lined up with the black mark on the fixed part of the shower controls. It is touchy, and may drip for a bit. Please check and adjust slightly, if necessary. Upstairs shower has ordinary controls. -Stove top cleaning: Please wipe down with wet paper towel after each use. Use Windex or Stove Top Cleaner under sink. Use a polishing cloth, not dish cloth.

-Septic system: Very important - Absolutely no diapers, condoms, wipes, feminine hygiene products or paper towels are allowed in drains or toilets - Only human waste and toilet paper.

-Pets, if we have agreed that your pet is welcome, please keep pet on leash outside of house at all times. All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in the garbage bins, not the toilets - No exceptions. Please do not feed the rabbits, they are cute, but not pets.

-Garbage: please make sure that garbage is separated and put in the proper bags: blue for recycling, compostable for food waste & garbage bags for garbage.

Please bring garbage, recycling and food waste to the garbage bins by the entrance gate. If you have returnables, please put neatly to the left of the bins; all proceeds go toward local animal shelters.

-Quiet hours 10:30 pm - 7:00 am. Please respect the neighbours and do not cut between the houses to get to the beach - use only the designated beach pathways located between houses 21 & 22.

-Clubhouse/Pool/Hot tubs: are open from June thru September. Please enter/exit the pool with the gates located along the pool deck, do not go through the clubhouse. Please observe all the posted rules.

-Beach: Please use the beach towels only.

-Parking: only in garage, driveway or visitor parking - Never on street in front of houses.

-Skateboards, longboards and drones are not permitted in the community.

-Fire Pit: Firewood is not typically provided by the strata corporation, if firewood is made available it for all residents/guests.

When fires are permitted by the Province of BC, the fire must be kept to the confines of the metal surrounded fire pit. Fires cannot be left unattended. Fires must be extinguished completely and ash cool to the touch.

Users must be aware that fire and smoke from the fire pit affect the air quality in some of the beach homes.

Clean up the area in and around the fire pit after use.

-Parking: in the driveway only. Please do not park on the roadway.
